Fair Play Agreement Terms and Conditions for Do More Than Therapy membership and Psychology Business School

I’m so excited to be working with you in Psychology Business School or the Do More Than Therapy membership. I wanted to make sure you are clear on what to expect from the programme so here’s a few key things to note.

RECORDING OF CLASSES

All masterclasses and office hours are recorded on Zoom. The recording will then be made available in the membership area so that you and other members can access it at a later date. New members and non-members may also be able to purchase the recording. Please ensure that you respect confidentiality and do not say anything during a class that you would not want recorded.

Peer supervision will never be recorded.

WORKING HOURS

My working hours are 9-5pm (BST/GMT) Mon-Fri although this may vary around my family commitments. This means if you email/post a question during those hours, you can expect to receive a reply within 24 hours if it’s a working day (longer if it’s the weekend). You may receive a reply from myself or from one of my team members.

My team members keep the same hours…so please respect their right to have an evening/ weekend. This includes private messaging them on their personal Facebook accounts.

If you have a question, please tag me (Rosie Gildertrigg) in our Facebook group. I will reply within 24 hours. If I miss your post, it is not intentional – just re-tag me and or Sam Hill our community manager.

YOUR PARTICIPATION

As with all online learning we all need to take personal responsibility for our own learning. This includes asking for help if you need it.

BE KIND

We aim to treat you with kindness and courtesy at all times – and we expect the same in return. If you have a query, we’ll bend over backwards to help you as soon as we possibly can, but please be aware if you are rude or abusive in any way, we reserve the right to withdraw access to the learning resources and Facebook group.

Also remember all members of this community are daring greatly and we are here to support each other on this journey. Always give the benefit of the doubt and reserve judgement. Anyone who we feel is behaving in an unsupportive manner will be removed from the membership or masterclass.

INSTALLMENT PLANS

If you have purchased Psychology Business School on an installment plan (i.e you pay a fee each month for a set period of time instead of the full course fee) please be aware that you are responsible for paying all of your installments. PBS is not offered as a flexible membership. This is to protect ourselves as our legal package is expensive to provide and also to ensure you get the most out of the course.

REFUNDS

We are not able to offer refunds.

We invest a considerable amount and resources in creating content for you. We respectfully ask that you don’t publicly distribute this content. Please keep it for your own use as failure to do will impact on our ability to continue. You may incur a fine of up to £20k if you are found to have infringed copyright.
